BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Only the bookings paid and with voucher are considered confirmed. Full payment must be settled upon check-in.
2. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
3. The resort has strict policy on standard room capacity. Rate of extra person may change without prior notice.
4. Rooms or slots are subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

1. For Day trip, standard check in time is 6:00 am and check out 6:00 pm on the same day.
2. For Overnight stay, standard check in time is 2:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon.
3. Early check-in/late check-out, subject to 50% additional fee of the accommodation rate.
4. For late check-in no discount will be given. Check-out is still 12:00NN.
5. For early check-out, no discount will be given. *Early check in and late check out are subject to accommodation availability.

 

CHECK-IN POLICIES

1. Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed inside the resort.
2. Corkage fees will apply for the following: **Drinks – Php 50/bottle of soda/juice **Food (Corporate/Special Events) – Php 1000 per food pan
3. Electrical appliances are not allowed inside the resort. These will be deposited at the resort luggage counter upon check in and claimed upon check out.
4. Always keep your room key. Lost or misplaced key fee is Php1000.
5. Cash and major credit cards are accepted upon check in/check out.
6. Food and beverage purchases are to be paid at the restaurant or bar counter. Charge to room arrangement is not allowed.

CANCELLATION/‘NO-SHOW’/REBOOKING/ALTERATION POLICIES

• For cancellations, rebooking or alteration requests, please notify us at least: BOOKING TYPE DEADLINE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL NOTE
• Individual booking (49) hours prior to arrival Re-bookable
• Individual booking (48) hours to (25) hours prior to arrival Gift certificate/Rebookable
• Individual booking (24) hours or less prior to arrival *Non-refundable
• Group/Corporate Booking (15) days prior to arrival*Refundable, 10% cancellation fee
• Corporate Event Booking (30) days prior to event date *Refundable, 10% cancellation fee
• Catering Service Booking (7) days prior to event date *Refundable, 10% cancellation fee
• Catering Service Booking (6) days and below prior to event date *Non-refundable
• Special Function/Event Booking (60) days prior to event date *Refundable, 10% cancellation fee
• Special Function/Event Booking (59) days to (30) days prior to event date Refundable w/ 20% cancellation fee
• Special Function/Event Booking (30) days or less prior to arrival *Non-refundable

 

Cancellation

• Notifications beyond the above given periods are considered late advise and non-refundable.
• In case of ‘no show’ wherein the guest does not show up at the resort on the day of his/her scheduled
• Rebooking is allowed only once within the same year of initial booking.
• Rebooking requests are free of charge but subject to availability.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates issued to guests are:

1. Transferrable
2. Same accommodation classification
3. To be pre-booked (subject to availability of accommodations) with reservation office

DISCOUNTS/PROMOS:

1. Children below 6 years old are free of charge of entrance fee. Meals not included.

• Children 7 to 12 yrs old are 50% off
• Children 13 yrs old above are considered adult.

2. Senior citizens and PWDs are given 20% discount. But discount cannot be applied with another promo.

 

CATERING

1. Catering is to be served inside the restaurant unless pre-arranged (additional charges may apply).
