RESORT GUEST GUIDELINES

 

To our valued guests, please comply to the following rules/guidelines during your stay at Crystal Beach Resort

BEACH AREA

  • Swimming time is from 6am to 6pm only.
  • Night swimming is strictly prohibited.
  • Observe and follow beach signs.

QUIET HOURS

  • Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM except during pre-arranged special events.
  • Loud, unruly and disruptive behavior shall not be tolerated.

The resort is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone. Acts of violence, disturbance and harassment to other guests and resort employees will not be tolerated. In any case, guest/s may have to vacate the resort without refund.

CRYSTAL BEACH RESORT IS A DRUG-FREE PLACE

  • Possession and use of illegal drugs and harmful substances will be reported to the authorities.

FIREARMS AND DEADLY WEAPONS

  • Weapons/firearms are not allowed inside the resort.

SMOKING IS HIGHLY DISCOURAGE

  • There will be a penalty of Php1,000 per offense for anyone who will be caught smoking (or with evidence) inside the rooms, halls, restaurant, beach area, tents or common toilets and showers.
  • Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.

DRINKING INSIDE THE RESORT

  • Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
  • Drinking is allowed in the beach cabana.
  • Drinking inside the room is highly discourage to ensure the comfort of other guests.
  • Drinking is not allowed inside the kampsites.

LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS INSIDE THE ROOM

  • Any damages (soiled linens, broken items, etc.) and lost items inside the resort shall be charged accordingly.

COOKING

  • Cook only at designated cooking/grilling area.
  • Bring your own cook wares and cutleries.
  • Electrical appliances are not allowed.

PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE RESORT

  • Pets are allowed in the resort but not inside to sanitary areas such as the restaurant, food park.
  • Please keep them on a leash and under control.
  • Bring your pet’s own linen or request at the front desk (subject to availability).
  • Pick up after your pet.
